We make every effort to ship orders as promptly as possible.

Orders are shipped out in the order we receive them; shipping time begins when the

carrier picks up the package from our facility.  We encourage you to place your orders early,

and allow ample time for processing and shipping. 

 

If we are out of stock on an item, we will ship you what we have in stock and

adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We do not back-order items.

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.  Once packages leave our facility, they are the responsibility of the shipping company.  Reimbursement for lost or damaged packages is at the discretion of the shipping company; we have no control over their decisions. However, we will fully cooperate in providing them with any necessary information. We cannot ship replacements for lost merchandise without payment according to our normal terms.

 

ORDER TERMS: 

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without notice to correct pricing errors, adjust for gold/silver market price changes, or adjust for major currency fluctuations on imported items.  Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
