*Please email us to obtain our shipping address and a Return Authorization (RA) Number.  *All returns and exchanges must include a copy of the invoice with your RA Number written on it. 

*Returns and exchanges must be received by us within 7 days of delivery.

*Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, in a completely unaltered state (no exceptions). 

*The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*We do not accept used goods or goods damaged in return shipping.

*Only the item(s) pre-approved for return/exchange will be processed; do not include any other items.

*We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange.

Write your RA Number on the outside of your return package!

We reserve the right to change prices without notice to correct pricing errors, adjust for gold/silver market price changes, or adjust for major currency fluctuations on imported items.  Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
