We ship packages Tuesday-Friday, via UPS
We may be able to drop some packages at a UPS Drop Box on
Saturday evening, but they will not be picked up or moved by UPS until Monday
(non-holiday).
We fill orders and ship them out in the order we receive them.
Express Shipping requests do not get filled
before other orders that were received first.

Most orders placed with Visa, Master
Card, and Discover will be shipped within 3 business days.
Orders paid by money order will be
shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment.
Orders paid by personal check will be
shipped within 3 days, after banks have cleared the check.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on GF/SS beads, findings, wire, etc.

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns
All returns and exchanges must include a copy of the invoice!
Returns and exchanges must
be received by us within 7 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be returned in
its
original condition and original packaging, in a
completely unaltered state (no
exceptions).
We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange.
Merchandise is not guaranteed against damage or breakage.
We are not responsible for packages that are forwarded to an address
other than the one you provide us with your order.
